Thunderstruck

Description

Thunderstruck is one of our exclusive strains created only for the Sumo Seeds line. The genetic make-up of this strain evolves around its mother, namely the famous Alaskan indica hybrid, known as Matanuska Tundra, or Matanuska Thunder Fuck coming from the Valley of Matanuska.

We chose this particular cultivar as a mother plant for the project due to its special, landrace genetics, that could provide some temperature resistance and the general performance. Furthuremore the Alaska Matanuska brings up a very nice, relaxing and calming effects without raciness. Matanuska in herself is not an easy strain to grow. That’s why for our version we decided to cross it to our Blueberry, which would make the plant more managable to grow by many growers, also the novice. Moreover the Blueberry added even more meat to the bud stuructre as well as it underscored the already very much fruity flavour of the Alaskan Matanuska. The final crossing that offspring to the Old Afghani was just a cosmetic procedure in order to add even more indica genes to the pool and make it all over a poly-hybrid of the Northern, Southern and Eastern genetics.
